Most nursery furniture solves one stage and then sits in the garage. A cot works until they climb out of it. A play pen works until they are too big for it. A floor mat works until they can roll off the edge.
This is a bumper bed that changes as they do. A 210 x 120cm foam base with soft 50cm walls that hold a newborn safely, then come off and become a child's sofa and table when the walls are no longer the point. Made in Korea. The play room only, the sofa cover and cube cover are sold separately.

Materials and certification
The core is a 13 layer non-crosslinked PE foam formed by heat compression. Ggumbi states no glue or adhesive is used to bond the layers. The cover is a coated synthetic leather.
Ggumbi Co., Ltd., who manufacture this in Korea, state the following testing: KC Safety Confirmation certificates CB021F001-6002 and CB024F001-6001 through the Korea Conformity Laboratories, covering lead, cadmium and volatile organic compounds. VOC testing on the PE foam by SGS for toluene, MEK and DMF, and by the FITI Testing and Research Institute for toluene and formaldehyde. Testing against the RoHS limits for cadmium, lead, mercury and the PBB and PBDE flame retardants.
Floor impact noise was measured by the Korea Noise and Vibration Technology Institute under KOLAS accreditation.
Ggumbi also declares conformity for sale in the EU. A CE marking is a manufacturer's declaration rather than a certificate issued by an outside body, and we would rather say that plainly than let the mark imply more than it does.

Assembly and care
No tools. The mats lay out and the walls fasten with Velcro, so it goes together and comes apart in minutes. That also means you can move it between rooms, or take the walls off for a while and put them back. Follow the manufacturer's manual for placement, clearances and any age guidance.
Wipe with a damp cloth and dry it. The coated surface does not absorb, so nothing needs to soak. Avoid solvents and abrasive pads, since the coating is the layer doing the work.
