It covers defects in workmanship or materials under regular indoor use. Depending on the case, Goodevas may supply replacement parts, send a new product, or issue a refund, at their discretion.

Extensive outdoor use without proper precautions voids the warranty, and damage from misuse or from exceeding the 50 kg limit is not covered. Nor is damage caused by fixings that were not appropriate for the wall.

Warranty terms are set by Goodevas. If something goes wrong, contact us and we will handle it with them on your behalf rather than sending you off to do it yourself.

The panels are Latvian birch plywood with hardwood dowels for the rungs. The swing uses rope, so the set is mostly but not entirely wood.

Every wooden surface is hand sanded with rounded edges, then finished with a blend of oils and waxes rather than varnish or paint, which is why the grain still shows.

Goodevas states the set carries CPC and CE marks and independent test reports.

Fixing it to your wall

This set mounts to a wall and carries a child's full weight, so the fixings matter more than anything else on this page.

The hardware in the box is for solid brick and concrete walls only. If your wall is anything else, and most Canadian interior walls are timber stud with drywall, the supplied hardware is not the right fixing and must not be used.

The set can be fitted to other wall types, but you need fixings rated for that wall and that load, sourced separately.

If you are not certain what your wall is made of or which fixings it needs, have it installed by a qualified tradesperson. Responsibility for identifying the wall type and selecting appropriate fixings rests with whoever installs it.

Everyday use

Climbing and swinging equipment is for supervised play. Leave clear floor in front of the ramp and around the swing, and follow the manufacturer's manual and our Safety First page for clearances.

The oil and wax finish suits indoor use. Keep it away from high humidity and extreme temperatures.

Wipe with a damp cloth and dry it. Check the wall fixings, the frame bolts and the swing attachments every few months, and retighten anything that has worked loose.
