Toddler Wobble Balance Beam – Montessori Rocking Balance Board - Made In Canada $145.00

Made in Moorefield, Ontario All Circles cut, sand and finish every piece at their own workshop in Wellington County. Not designed here and made overseas. Actually made here.

The least expensive way into the All Circles range, and the piece that gets used longest. Flat on the floor it is a beam to walk along. Turned over it rocks, which is a completely different problem to solve.

It goes under a sofa when you are done with it. Baltic birch plywood with a water-based finish, made in Ontario rather than shipped in.

Two ways up, one piece

Beam mode Flat side up, low to the ground. Something to walk the length of, heel to toe, again and again.
Wobble mode Turn it over and it rocks. Harder than it looks, and the version they come back to once walking it is easy.
It stores flat Slides under a sofa or behind a door. It does not need a corner of the room permanently.
The way in to the range Our least expensive All Circles piece. A reasonable way to see whether the build quality justifies the rest of the range.

Materials and marks, as stated by All Circles

Made in Canada Built at the All Circles workshop in Moorefield, Ontario, which is the reason we stock them.
FSC certified birch All Circles state the Baltic birch plywood is FSC certified, meaning the forest it came from is independently audited.
Water-based finish All Circles state the coating is water-based rather than solvent-based, which is why it has no smell out of the box.
Part of a range The same wood and finish as the All Circles climbers, so it matches rather than clashing if you add pieces later.

These are the manufacturer's statements rather than testing we hold ourselves. Our certifications page sets out exactly what we hold and what we do not.

Every measurement is on the diagram. Leave clear floor either side, since the point is that they fall off it.

Materials and finish

Baltic birch plywood, which is denser and has more plies than standard birch ply. On a curved piece that matters, because the lamination is what holds the shape.

All Circles state the wood is FSC certified, meaning the forest it came from is independently audited, and that the coating is water-based rather than solvent-based.

Material and conformity information comes from the manufacturer rather than from testing we hold ourselves. Our certifications page sets out exactly what we hold.

Use and care

No assembly. Take it out of the box and put it on the floor.

Use it on a flat, hard floor rather than a thick rug, which stops it rocking properly. Leave clear space either side, since falling off is part of it.

Balance equipment is for supervised play, and our Safety First page covers placement.

Wipe with a damp cloth and dry it. Designed for indoor use, so keep it away from damp and extreme temperatures.

Shipping and returns

Free shipping across Canada and the contiguous USA. Orders leave us in 1 to 5 business days.

Because it is made in Canada, there is no customs duty and no ocean freight in the timeline.

30 days to return it from the day it arrives. Return shipping is paid by you unless the fault is ours, and there is no restocking fee.

Not sure whether to start here or go straight to a climbing set? Send us your child's stage and the room you have, and we will tell you honestly, including if the answer is this one first. hello@truelittlenorth.com
