Materials and finish
Baltic birch plywood throughout, which is denser and has more plies than standard birch ply. All Circles state it is FSC certified, meaning the forest it came from is independently audited for how it is managed.
The fasteners are stainless steel rather than plated. On a folding product that matters more than on a fixed one, because the hinge takes the wear.
The finish is furniture grade and wipes clean, which is what makes the slide surface stay smooth rather than getting sticky.

Setting up, use and care
It is designed to be put up and taken down repeatedly rather than assembled once, so check the folding mechanism is fully locked before each session.
Set it on a flat floor with clear space at the bottom in the direction of travel. Sliding is supervised play, and our Safety First page covers clearances.
Designed for indoor use. Keep it away from damp and extreme temperatures.
Wipe with a damp cloth and dry it. Check the hinge and the fasteners periodically, and particularly if the fold starts feeling loose.
