"The Play Couch" consists of 4 modular pieces. Two flat pieces (each one of them with two sets of foam sewn together) and two trapezoid-like pillows which, when assembled, can make a beautiful couch for the entire family. But the same pieces also have superpowers: they can transform into anything the mind desires, from rocket ships to castles. The possibilities are endless!

To ensure efficient shipping, the Go Coconut Play Couch is compressed before being sent to you. This temporary compression does not negatively affect the high-quality foam during the short shipping period.

However, prolonged compression beyond the intended timeframe may cause the play couch to take longer to regain its full shape and could potentially impact the foam's density. For the best experience, we strongly recommend unboxing your play couch immediately upon delivery to allow it to expand properly.

While the brand aims to source all materials locally, their current fabric is procured through a trusted Canadian distributor, with materials originating from China. However, Go Coconut remains committed to supporting Canadian businesses, keeping production close to home, and providing jobs within the local economy.

Altogether, the play couch weighs about 22 pounds. The base pieces are equipped with an easy-to-use handle so that the hands of your little humans can easily move them around.

Since children's safety is our top priority, the Go Coconut Play Couch is made exclusively from CertiPUR-US® certified foam, ensuring the highest industry standards.

This certification guarantees that the foam is free from flame retardants, mercury, lead, heavy metals, formaldehyde, and phthalates. Additionally, low VOC emissions help maintain excellent indoor air quality, making it a safe and non-toxic choice for your home.

After extensive testing, the Go Coconut Play Couch features high-quality foam with an ILD of 60 and a density of 1.5 lbs/ft³.

This carefully selected foam strikes the perfect balance between lightweight design, allowing kids to easily move and build their creations, and exceptional durability to ensure long-lasting play.

The thick base cushions provide sturdy support, making this modular couch a versatile and reliable play essential for any home.

Most Go Coconut Play Couch orders will be compressed before packaging and shipping. However, select orders within Quebec and Ontario may be shipped uncompressed.

• Temporary Compression: The play couch is only compressed right before shipping and can remain in its box for up to two weeks without any issues.
• Unboxing Recommendation: While the foam remains intact within this period, we highly recommend unboxing it as soon as possible to ensure optimal expansion and longevity. Prolonged compression beyond two weeks may impact foam recovery and structure.

The Go Coconut Play Couch is made from a high-quality Micro Brushed Velveteen (a durable polyester and cotton blend), specifically crafted to keep play couch pieces securely in place, preventing slipping and ensuring builds stay intact.

With its soft, low-pile texture, it features a velvety finish with a subtle mottled effect. Plus, for peace of mind, the fabric meets fire-retardant safety standards (CALTB117-2013, NFPA 260 Class 1, UFAC Class 1) without any added sprays or extra chemicals.

Flat Base Cushions: The set includes two flat cushions, each measuring 30 inches (76.2 cm) deep, 60 inches (152.4 cm) long, and 5 inches (12.7 cm) thick.

Beam Pillows: The set also comes with two trapezoid-like pillows, known as the beams. Each beam measures 30 inches (76.2 cm) in length, 15 inches (38.1 cm) wide, and 10 inches (25.4 cm) high. Their flat-top structure is perfect for ramps, bridges, or seating.

As parents ourselves, we completely understand how little hands can lead to big messes! That's why the Go Coconut Play Couch is designed with removable, machine-washable fabric covers for easy cleaning. Simply unzip, remove, and toss them into the wash whenever needed. For best results, we recommend washing in cold water and hang drying to preserve the fabric's durability and vibrant colours. To maintain the quality of the material, a water-based detergent is the best choice.

The Go Coconut Play Couch features a soft, non-waterproof fabric designed with your child's safety in mind, completely free from harmful chemicals. While this ensures a non-toxic and kid-friendly experience, we understand that spills and messes happen!

To help protect the plush interior, a waterproof foam lining is available for purchase separately. This added layer of protection helps keep your Coconut Play Couch looking fresh and clean for longer.

For now, we are only offering Go Coconut products in Canada.

Go Coconut equips each Play Couch with superior zippers, reinforced seams, and sturdy handles to withstand active play. If you notice a manufacturing defect within the first year of normal use, you're covered by the Go Coconut limited one-year warranty. Simply take a few pictures and email us at hello@truelittlenorth.com with your original order number, and we'll handle it for you.

Within the first 2 weeks: if you identify any defects, we will replace your cover with a brand-new one, free of charge, and provide a return shipping label for the damaged cover, which is repurposed in the Almost New Covers initiative to reduce waste.

Up to 6 months: free repairs instead of replacements, including shipping both ways.

6 months to 1 year: covers are repaired free of charge; we kindly ask that you cover the shipping costs when sending the covers for repair.
